Raj Dayal could travel abroad

Raj Dayal appeared at the Court in Port Louis for the radiation of a motion preventing him from travelling.

ICAC objected to the motion but has agreed to allow Raj Dayal to travel if ever the need arises. ICAC’s counsel informed the court that the case has been forwarded to the office of the DPP. Defence counsel Jacques Panglose then withdrew his motion.
