Recently, Sallah-ud-din (Den) Surfraz has been elected as the new chairperson of ACCA Mauritius Network Panel for two years.  Being a non-executive position, the chairperson will work closely with ACCA Mauritius. The finals of the National Spelling Bee Competition for secondary schools’ students run by the English Speaking Union was held on Monday 3rd June at the auditorium of the Mauritius Commercial Bank at St Jean. The winners from four Grades, namely Grade 7 to Grade 10, were rewarded for their diligence at spelling correctly the English words.
