Unique in its approach, the newly born company is all set up to revolutionise the services sector.  Aadil Jhumka, 24 years old, had a vision to change the services sector. This far sighted young man has come forward with a unique idea of regrouping various services under one roof. It was a difficult task but not impossible. “We have created a one-stop-shop to facilitate the lives of people. Often, I saw that people look for certain information and their search can be a daunting task. I wanted to facilitate this quest. This how MAAAJ was born. People can have access to any information they want in one place. A simple example, if someone urgently needs a plumber, we can help that person to find one quickly,” he says. This idea emerged when Aadil, also a well known social worker, caught realised how rapidly society was evolving. “We are living in an internet-driven society where people seek information on social media and the internet. If they need any kind of service, they can come to us as we have a database,” he states. In the employment category, he is trying to innovate and at the same time, help people land a job. “We will be trying to work with the Ministry of Labour as well as the private sector. We will be screening CVs and try to send them to available openings,” he explains. As for the travel agency, it is being launched with regional destinations such as Rodrigues and Reunion Island. “We will be offering interesting packages for these destinations at the beginning. Afterwards, we can come forward with more interesting offers,” he adds. As for the matrimonial agency, Aadil confides that unlike other matrimonial services, they carry an intensive screening depending on different categories like age and religion. “Our job is to make couples meet. The meetings are arranged by us in a proper place. The final decision depends on the two persons involved,” he adds. MAAAJ Enterprise aims at bringing a revolution to the world of marketing. “With the internet, there is no doubt that the world of marketing has changed. At MAAAJ we have a new vision and a modern approach to advertising. Our clients will be mesmerized by the unique services they will be getting at the most affordable price ever,” he reveals. Challenges Aadil has faced various obstacles in his endeavour. “Firstly, jealousy and rivalry are ripe. If you are doing something honestly, then no one can take it from you. No one can prevent me from being successful. I have a few competitors. But sometimes, it is good to have competition, as it allows you to perform better and come forward with new ideas,” he says. As a dynamic entrepreneur, Aadil believes in overcoming every difficulty and states that entrepreneurship confers numerous advantages. “As an entrepreneur, we have the opportunity to develop more ideas easily given that we are more motivated. I have had to develop my skills more,” he confides.
