[XpatMoris]  Meet Christopher Jost, the German saving bees in Mauritius

German expat Christopher Jost has been living in Mauritius for seven years and is on a mission to rescue bee swarms across the island. Based in Gros Cailloux, he skillfully handles bees without a suit, using his deep understanding of their behavior. In addition to relocating bee colonies, he also offers hive restoration services, honey production, and beekeeping training, all with the goal of protecting bees and supporting the environment. Soon, he plans to open an education center to raise awareness about the crucial role bees play in our ecosystem.
