Winter School Programme 2016

The Ministry of Education is informing parents that the Winter School programme 2016 will be dispensed to students of Standard III and IV during the July-August holidays in the following schools:

Zone 1: Edgar Laurent GS, Emmanuel Anquetil GS, GRNW GS, Pte aux Piments GS, Pamplemousses GS, Sir S. Ramgoolam GS, Surtee Soonee GS, Xavier Christian Barbe GS, St Antoine RCA, La Briquetterie GS, Marcel Cabon GS, Plaine des Papayes SEN RDC. Zone 2: Aimee Cesaire GS, Andre Bazerque GS, Barkly GS, Belle Mare GS, R.C Nuckchady GS, Sir P Dallais GS, Vale Govinden GS, Maingard SEN RDC. Zone 3: Beau Vallon GS, Bel Ombre GS, Cite Atlee GS, Rev H. E. Noel GS, N D du Mt Carmel RCA, Souillac RCA, SEND RDC Ferney. Zone 4: Bambous ‘A’ GS, Black River GS, Candos GS, La Gaulette GS, Flic en Flac GS. The Winter School Programme is an academic support programme for students. The programme will be enhanced with fun, creative and artistic activities. An educational tour is also included in the programme. It is also good to know that a hot meal will be served to the children. The programme will start as from Tuesday 19th July and will end Thursday 4th August. The activities will take place thrice a week namely on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Parents/responsible parties of children attending the above mentioned schools should contact the Head Master of the school between 9 am and 3 pm on Monday 11, Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13 or Thursday 14 July in order to complete the formalities.
