L’Information and Communication Technologies Authority (Icta), dans un communiqué publié ce vendredi 1er novembre, indique avoir reçu des instructions pour demander aux fournisseurs d’internet de suspendre l’accès aux réseaux sociaux jusqu’au 11 novembre, en réponse aux « publications illegal postings that constitute a serious threat to national security and public safety ».
