Siddick Chady’s case on again

The Supreme Court has ordered former chairman of the Mauritius Ports Authority to give additional information regarding the libel case he has initiated against Jan Cornelis Haak. The latter was a witness in the Boskalis affair. Chady will have to explain himself regarding allegations of irregularities. Siddick Chady is seeking Rs 50 million compensation from Haak. The initial case revolves around a contract for dragging of the port area.
