Réforme électorale : « we are still open », déclare Pravind Jugnauth au Parlement

« A quand entamer des consultations afin de trouver un consensus sur la réforme électorale proposée ? », a demandé le député Kavi Ramano au chef du gouvernement, Pravind Jugnauth.

Une question posée dans l'hémicycle lors de la Prime Minister’s Question Time (PMQT) à l’Assemblée nationale en ce mardi 26 mars 2019. La question adressée au Premier ministre portait sur le Constitution Amendment Bill.

« The proposal was made public and was sent to the parties of the opposition including independent members…we debated this bill in this house..we are still open… », a répondu Pravind Jugnauth. « I hope and seize this opportunity to invite the members of the opposition to come with concrete proposal… », a aussi précisé le chef du gouvernement.
