Azuri Seaside Village residences delivered

The seaside village of Azuri started the delivery of new local residences for Mauritians. This project, which is part of efforts to provide unparalleled living experience by the sea to Mauritians, consists of 114 apartments, penthouses and town houses. During the marketing phase, the project was a huge success showing a real demand on the part of Mauritians for quality real estate products.

The village of Azuri expands with upscale residences. These are segmented into four distinct areas namely Ilea, which consists of 24 residences in total, comprising 19 homes Nariyal, is comprised of 19 residences, Soliflore, a residential group composed of 36 units and Alezan consists of 36 residences. A recreation area with swimming pool will also be available to owners, in addition to access to all facilities and activities that exist at Azuri.

Having required an investment amounting to Rs 1 billion, these residences for local customers and to people of the Mauritian diaspora, are located in the heart of lush vegetation and offer a unique living experience. To date, most of the homes of Ilea and Soliflore, have been delivered. The residences at Nariyal and Alezan will, on their turn, delivered shortly. Thus, at the end of the delivery of this second phase, the village will comprise a total of 350 units.
