Plaisance City: SAJ appreciates space dedicated to SMEs

During the foundation stone laying ceremony at Plaisance City, Sir Anerood Jugnauth welcomed the idea that 10% of the project will be dedicated to SMEs. “Today, we are in a phase of technological revolution related to environment. I believe in the potential of Mauritian in the real estate development. My government will continue to encourage such development and at the same time the private sector should continue to invest in other sectors as well,” he stated. SAJ condemned the leader of opposition who alleged that there was a contradiction in the government’s strategy. “My government will continue to be a facilitator. The next Budget will focus on crucial reforms. Development and progress are not spontaneous. We need to be patient.”
