Legendary musical trio Shankar Ehsaan Loy in Mauritius

EventsPlus and SPELMedia are back again with another major performance by the legendary musical trio – Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

They will perform live on Saturday 30 July 2016 at SVICC Pailles as from 7:45 pm. This will be their first ever performance in Mauritius. Shankar Ehsaan Loy have been one of the top music director and vocalists since 2000s, and their combination of Bollywood and playbacks singing have made them an international sensation in the music industry. The Trio SEL will be accompanied by Siddharth Mahadevan and Rasika Shekar. Siddharth Mahadevan is an Indian playback singer and composer, who gained fame in Hindi film industry. He made his career début with the 2013 film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag song ‘Zinda’. In the film Dhoom 3, he has sang the song Malang Malang. He is the son of Shankar Mahadevan. Rasika Shekar worked with composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy as a vocalist and flautist. She was in Mauritius for a concert on the 28th of May 2016. Rasika is a trained Carnatic flautist and has performed solo Carnatic flute concerts at various venues in the US, Dubai, Chennai and Mumbai.
