Hommage : La Cyber Tower d'Ebène portera le nom d’Atal Bihari Vajpayee 

La Cyber Tower d'Ebène portera le nom de l'ancien Premier ministre indien, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, décédé le 16 août. C’est une annonce faite par le Premier ministre, Pravind Jugnauth, samedi, lors de la 11e édition de la World Hindi Conference.

Pravind Jugnauth n'a pas manqué de rendre hommage à Atal Bihari Vajpayee qui, selon lui, a été un grand ami de Maurice.

Le Premier ministre a aussi soutenu que “under his Primeministership, India lent strong support to the foundation of the first cybercity in Mauritius. As well as the construction of the Swami Vivekananda International Convention Centre, the Rabindranath Tagore Institute (RTI) and the Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture which he inaugurated.”
