CNN’s journalist awards: Jean-Luc Émile nominated

Chief Editor of Radio Plus, Jean-Luc Emile, is among the 38 nominees for the CNN Multichoice African Journalist of the Year Awards for his coverage in the tragic end of Eleana Gentil.

After Rajen Bablee in 2009, Rabin Bhujun in 2011 and Axcel Chenney in 2013, Jean-Luc Emile is keeping his fingers crossed. In October, during a gala event in Johannesburg, the name of the winner will be announced. 1,637 entries have been received from 38 African countries.
