The national carrier has launched the third edition of its promotional campaign Travel Extravaganza in the wake of Independence Day celebrations, to be held on March 12.
Offers on bookings will be run from January 20 through March 15. Discounted prices will be available on 13 destinations: Paris, London, Mumbai, Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Perth, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Return flights will have to be booked by April 15, 2016.
For every air ticket purchased during the period, customers will have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of gifts and special treatments. Among these: excess luggage allowance, access to the Amédée Maingard lounge at the SSR International Airport, gift vouchers, SPA treatment vouchers, guided tours in London, Paris, Perth, Cape Town or Durban, free entrance to Sunway Lagoon in Malaysia, or Madame Tussauds museum in London, Disneyland in Hong Kong or Sentosa in Singapore.
Tickets are available at most travel agencies, Air Mauritius counters in Port Louis, Ebene, SSR airport, or on the airline’s website: www.airmauritius.com.
Over and above the promotional aspect, this campaign is an opportunity for Air Mauritius to consolidate its ties with clients, travel agencies and commercial partners. The fourth edition of Travel Extravaganza for the 2015-16 period will be launched by June 2016. A draw with a convertible Audi A5 as main prize, will mark the end of the annual Travel Extravaganza promotions.

We chose to hold the promotional campaign during the celebrations to mark Independence Day. This campaign is an ideal means of strengthening our ties with our clientèle,” said Raja Buton, from Air Mauritius.
