Affaire  Medpoint : le Privy Council réclame expressément des explication aux deux parties 

Le Privy Council demande expressément des explications aux deux parties concernées par l’affaire Medpoint, et ce, suite aux récentes fuites dans la presse sur le contenu du jugement de cette affaire.

Le Privy Council indique notamment dans une correspondance envoyée dernièrement sa position sur l'obligation de confidentialité relative au jugement. 

« …Since it appears that there has been a breach of the duty of confidentiality in relation to the  judgment, the members of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council have directed the Registrar to write to the parties to ask for an explanation and to ask for the names of all those to whom the judgment was disclosed », rapporte le Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
